Delete your account

Request deletion of your OtterPip Medical Illustrations & MediGame account, published by Deep Dive Records (Android package: tw.ottermedboard.medigame). You can use this page without installing or signing into the app.

Send your request

1. Send an email from your registered email address to ottermedboard@gmail.com with the subject OtterPip account deletion.
2. Write: “Please delete my OtterPip account and associated personal data.” If you can no longer access that email address, describe the issue so support can verify ownership.
3. Support will verify account ownership, process your request and reply to the same address. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or identity-document images.

Data covered

The request covers your authentication account, personal study profile, synchronized answers/progress, submitted community content and personal entitlement information. Removing an account also ends access attached to that account. Transaction and security records required for legal obligations, abuse prevention or dispute resolution may be retained separately for the applicable required period.

Device data and payments

Private cards, notes and favourites stored only on your device must be removed by clearing app/browser storage. An account-deletion request does not automatically refund a Google Play purchase. Payment records managed by Google or another payment provider are subject to that provider’s own controls.

The test build’s deletion service is not yet automated. Email support is the current request route. Contact ottermedboard@gmail.com for deletion or account assistance.
